Norderstedt, March 2, 2017 – The German Innovation Summit (Deutscher Innovationsgipfel) is a cross-technological and interdisciplinary conference for top decision makers. On the summit, Lufthansa Industry Solutions will be presenting its innovation management app “Mydea”.
About 50 speakers, 15 interactive workshops, a CxO-Talk, several Start-ups, a Showfloor, a Creative Zone and many other highlights will be presented on the conference and allows a knowledge and know-how transfer on the highest level. This year, Lufthansa Industry Solutions will be exhibiting at the summit for the first time. With the app “Mydea” Lufthansa Industry Solutions shows the way of how innovations in industries are generated and how they can be made operational.
Using the creative potential and new ideas from employees and designing the future of the companies: The Microsoft SharePoint-based app “Mydea” is built on Microsoft Azure and involves the employees – from generating and developing ideas and applying them into practices. All contributions from employees become valuable with crowd funding, gamification and social media mechanisms. As a result, the employees are more motivated and contribute to the company’s sustainable innovation culture.
The German Innovation Summit in Munich will take place on March 9, 2017.
