Lufthansa Industry Solutions at the International Supply Chain Conference

When the best minds of the logistics industry arrive in Berlin to discuss the principles of the digital economy, practical tasks and what is technically feasible, Lufthansa Industry Solutions will again be represented with an exhibition stand and its logistics experts.

Norderstedt, October 13, 2017 – Lufthansa Industry Solutions will be showcasing its IT solutions for the transport and logistics industry at the 34. International Supply Chain Conference and participating in the sophisticated conference program. Ralf Struckmeier, Vice President Logistics, is a participant in the “Meet the Expert” format on the subject of Logistics IT. In addition, the IT logistics expert will also be a guest at the “Port Digitisation” discussion round of the Hamburg Logistics Initiative.

The focus of the presentation of Lufthansa Industry Solutions at its booth L/07 in the hotel lobby will be the Logistics Platform based on Salesforce® and the Internet of Things. Here, the Lufthansa subsidiary shows how its cloud-based solutions make the supply chain smart.

In addition, Lufthansa Industry Solutions will be presenting its entire logistics portfolio at the International Supply Chain Conference: from IT solutions for the Smart Supply Chain to expertise on the Internet of Things and data analytics to predictive maintenance and sensor technology in practice.

The 34. International Supply Chain Conference will be held from 25 to 27 October 2017 at the InterContinental Berlin. Meet the Experts Logistics IT will take place on Wednesday, October 25th at 12:15 pm in the pavilion. The “Digitalisation of the Ports” discussion round in the Hanse Lounge will take place on Thursday, October 26that 12.30 pm in the Hanse Lounge.
