Norderstedt, November 12, 2021 – For the third time in a row, Lufthansa Industry Solutions has been awarded the top rating of four points by business magazine brandeins as one of the best IT service providers in Germany. The Lufthansa subsidiary made it to the top of the leaderboards in eight out of ten IT services surveyed. These include the categories IT Consulting, IT Security, Training & Education, Communication & Collaboration, Software Implementation & Maintenance, Cloud Services, Mobility and Managed Service & Outsourcing.
The market researchers of the online portal Statista on behalf of brandeins determine the ranking of the best IT service providers. The results are based on a survey of experts, decision-makers and customers of IT service providers. A total of 5.878 people took part in the survey, including 2.965 experts and 2.913 customers. The survey was held online between May 10, and June 18, 2021. Self-recommendations were identified and not taken into consideration in the evaluation.
The brand eins lists of top companies are based on what is currently the largest survey of IT service providers in Germany. The aim is to know "which IT service providers can be relied on, who really has the overview and where everything is up to date, even with the constantly increasing pace of development," emphasizes the business magazine in a foreword to the evaluation. The survey was conducted for the first time in 2019 and will be updated annually.
