Norderstedt, February 6, 2018 – This week’s Wednesday, the Summit of World Market Leaders begins, which has been organized regularly since 2011 by the Wirtschaftswoche magazine, calling hidden champions and political decision-makers to the German city of Schwäbisch Hall. This time, again, around 500 delegates are gathering to exchange information about chances and challenges in the business world. In addition to major topics such as corporate strategy and international trade, digitalization topics such as Industry 4.0 or artificial intelligence are also assuming a key role.
For the third time now, Lufthansa Industry Solutions, too, is attending the event. At the venue, the IT experts will display current showcases from the world of artificial intelligence and provide information about its potential benefits to the individual user. On Thursday, an additional masterclass will take place, titled “Smart new world? What will artificial intelligence really do for us?” where participants will have the opportunity to trade stories about current issues and their own experiences and discuss questions such as: which role will artificial intelligence play in future major decisions? Will smart machines enable leaner processes in the future, even in direct contact with customers? And what potentials will this open up for small and medium-sized businesses and hidden champions in particular?
The masterclass event provided by Lufthansa Industry Solutions will take place on Thursday, February 7, from 2 to 3 PM. Technical support will be provided by Dr. Lars Schwabe, Associate Director Technology Consulting, and Nils Büring, Vice President Industry & Automotive.
