Whether in an SME or a DAX-listed company: Lufthansa Industry Solutions has decades of experience in the management of national and international projects. For example, our PMX competence center managed the agile development of the backbone of a car configurator for an automobile producer.
The logistics industry has also profited from the expertise of the PMX. For example, we assisted a railway infrastructure company during the development of an application for its core operational processes and a shipping company in the field of change management. Our PMX managers also regularly manage projects like the outsourcing of infrastructure and the introduction of SAP. In addition to this, where needed, staff in the PMX division use the project management method of the same name developed by Lufthansa Industry Solutions.
