More Functions and Greater Ease of Use: Spairliners has enhanced its customer portal

Norderstedt, September 28, 2017 – Integrated Component Care provider Spairliners has enhanced its Web-based customer portal mySpairliners to improve and enlarge the services and support for its customers. With a redesigned and adjusted IT solution, the specialist in component support for Airbus A380 and Embraer E-Jet 170/190 aircraft now provides its customers more functions to monitor their operational processes and subsequently, greater ease of use for the entire supply chain management. In addition to standard functions, customers can now track in a more accessible way their orders for their operations and access their entire accounting process. mySpairliners is fully responsive and can be used on a variety of mobile devices. Moreover, a dedicated iOS App has been developed to increase customer mobility and foster digital innovation.

mySpairliners integrates SAP data into customized SharePoint screens by using an interface between the two systems. “The relaunch of mySpairliners emphasizes our commitment towards our customers to providing a valuable and full scheme of technical solutions that simplifies to manage their operations.
