Aufgaben

As a Salesforce Consultant (all genders), you will be part of a team that analyzes customer requirements, develops innovative solutions and implements them in the cloud using state-of-the-art technologies.

  • Analysis, conception and implementation of Salesforce applications within the scope of customer projects
  • Very good understanding of customer requirements and business processes in the areas of CRM, sales, service or marketing, as well as functional and technological consulting for new/existing customers
  • Recording and specifying requirements, conducting technical workshops, presenting project results
  • Implementation of complex requirements using automation tools (process/flow builder and point-and-click applications), assumption of (partial) project responsibility and management of development resources
  • Sparring partner for technological, functional and methodological questions, support with further development of the consulting portfolio and in sales (preparation of offers, PoC)
