Aufgaben

In the Microsoft Dynamics 365 area, you will advise our customers on the development and design of business requirements and take responsibility for the design, development and testing of change requests. You will also be in charge of the maintenance and 3rd level support at the customer site.

  • Implementation of Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions: Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), PowerApps, Power Platform
  • Extension of Dynamics 365 standard modules through customizing, as well as JavaScript and C# functions
  • Implementation of interfaces to other applications, web frontends as well as backend and database development
  • Development, integration, maintenance, testing and 3rd level support for new or existing Dynamics 365 applications in the area of CRM
  • Consulting our customers regarding integrative and technological questions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365
